    I can vouch for #3. Although I paid $6. Chicken and lamb with rice and hot sauce. YUM!!!

    I'm heading to the city tonight and for my money the best halal cart guy is near SNY studios... by 10 pm today there will be a line around the block for his food... HOLLA!
